RMK: Continuous slight snow 0830-1230z but it didn't amount to much,
giving only a dusting of fresh snow. More broken cloud in the afternoon
with some sunny intervals took the temp up to a high of 1.5 deg. This
resulted in a very slight thaw for an hour or two but it's now freezing
hard again. 5cm lying snow.
