Default [WR]Snow - Romansleigh, N Devon
18/0320 Z Jan 13: Heavy snow over the last hour. Looked out about 0200, when
there was only slight snow and nothing lying, but now at 0320, we have a
full 5 cm cover with moderate snow falling.

18/0550 Z Jan 13: Full cover of 8 cm. Slight snow falling. Fresh
southeasterly wind. Temperature 0.3 C.
