... 18/1300Z: snow continues - back to a mix of slight ocnl moderate -
no real extra depth but where I've cleared the snow, there's a shallow
layer 1 cm. Visibility back down to 500 or 600M, combination of
slightly increased intensity of snow and general visibility reduction.
OAT: 0.4°C
Traffic still light; Wilts and Dorset buses have given up I think, but
YellowBus continue (both operating to/from Bournemouth but W&D have to
go on more country routes).


.... 18/1400Z: snow has been continuous past hour (as it has been since
~0330Z this morning), but has now eased considerably - very slight past
10/15 minutes - still gloomy OVC; visibility now ~1500M. OAT: 0.6°C.
