About another 7 inches of snow yesterday, starting about 3pm and

Strange view of Lowestoft beach from my office - bottom half golden where
the tide has been in, top half white !! Kids sledging outside the front
door. The roads to work were rutted and slushy following gritting, but
traffic moving slowly.

Our school is still open, so unhappy kids...

Off work tomorrow so will make the most of the snowfields before the grass
returns at the weekend.


The weekend thaw is going to be slow as warm air glides over the cold wedge.
