Rmks: Moderate snow just before midnight until approximately 0115, gave 2 cm
fresh accumulation, although this has reduced by a cm now, with a total
depth of 5 cm. Temperature/dew point trace suggests that precipitation may
have turned back to sleet or rain before clearing.Temperature is now rising
slowly with a thaw of lying snow occurring after earlier ice.

22/0900 Z Jan 13: E F2 2000M -RA BR 5ST001 8SC015 1.6/1.3 996
Rmks: Intermittent slight rain. Slow thaw of lying snow. Full snow cover,
depth 5 cm. 0900-0900: max 2.5, min -1.8, grass min (over snow) -7.3,
rainfall (mostly melted snow) 4.5 mm - corrected from value given earlier.

22/0930 Z Jan 13: Moderate rain. Temperature 1.8 C. Please ignore rainfall
from AWS as snow/ice will continue melting through today.

22/1250 Z Jan 13: Recent moderate rain and snow mixed, now back to slight
rain. Temperature 1.8 C. Continued thaw of lying snow.

22/1430 Z Jan 13: Intermittent slight rain and snow for the last hour.
Temperature 1.6 C. Thaw continues.

22/1438 Z Jan 13: Intensity has increased a little in the last 5 mins, and
although still slight, precipitation is now all snow, but not settling.

22/1650 Z Jan 13: NNE F2 2000M SN 5ST002 8SC020 0.8/0.4 999
Rmks: 90 percent snow cover with 4 cm depth remaining. Snow is not yet
settling. Rainfall (since 0900) 4.9 mm.

22/1850 Z Jan 13: Slight snow. Very light dusting of fresh snow on some
surfaces about an hour ago, but thaw continues. Temp 0.6 C.

22/2100 Z Jan 13: NNE F4 8KM -SN 7ST003 0.5/0.2 1001
Rmks: Moon visible through ST and relatively thin medium/high cloud. Snow
depth still 4 cm.
0900-2100: max 2.1, min 0.3, rain 6.0 mm.
