Saw quite a few snow boarders on the slopes of Hay Tor this afternoon. They

were good too, doing turns etc.

Got lost earlier as could not see the paths in the deep snow and it was

thick fog with circa 100 metres visibility.

Managed to use the GPS on my phone and map and compass to get back on track.

Just shows.

Main road has been ploughed and is now clear right over the top at 400

metres.

T -0.3C but felt quite icy on top of Low Man which is climbable without

crampons using the built in rungs.
