It's about the only time I'm glad to be where I am. I like a bit of rain
in the summer but in winter it is by far my most hated weather type.
Nevertheless despite my meagre rainfall the garden is still waterlogged.
We have the clay and not very big hills for it to run away so heaven
knows what would happen if we got those amounts of rain!
