Hi, All,

I console myself with the facts that you have no decent football and
cricket down there and Copley is drier!
Best wishes,

I agree Ken. All it's got going for it is beautiful beaches and lovely
scenery ;-)

Hi, Dave,
We've got the beaches and scenery and few crowds - no it's just the warmth
in winter that I envy.

LOL again. I had to buy a house up at 1000 feet to escape the winter warmth,
I'd hate to live low down in the southwest, wet and mild and yucky in winter
with little hope of any snow.
20 days snow falling so far this winter up here and 11 days snow lying full
cover - marvellous!
You'd really hate the rain though Ken. 212 mm last month and 378 mm in
December. Also low down it is still normal to get 100 mm in a winter month.
Do you have 630 miles of coast path? :-)
