I was trying to leave this alone. Okay John and Freddie you both seem to be saying that UKMO have no choice in putting out the cold weather warnings? But I'm not talking about the the NHS ones I'm talking about the old Red , Orange, Green and Yellow. System that today is Yellow but you are saying that the NHS in conjunction with UKMO create the Orange cold alert warning. Okay I get that. All I'm saying is thos charming civilised liberal scandanavians apparently leave their babies out in such weather that would warrant a red if ukmo and the NHS had their way.
You have to laugh if you repeatedly left your baby out in a pram in the UK for extended periods in zero to sub zero temps; your child would be snatched by social services and placed in the warmth and safety of a care home
