SYNOP: 42670 70606 10071 20007 40309 58009 878// 333 81830 87635=
Cloudy but brighter-looking with hints of breaks in the distance. Small
amount of CU just under the main cloudbase. Reasonable visibility. Top
temperature so far this afternoon is 7.2 (1253z).
