Default Brussels overcast until mid-afternoon, then a bit brighter
Brussels on Saturday 2nd March 2013

Overcast until mid-afternoon. Cloud more broken with sunny intervals during the latter part of the afternoon. Light E wind backed NE mid-afternoon and NNE in the evening. Still cold - but an improvement is on the way.
