Rmks: Clear and frosty for most of the night and misty later. ST spread from
the east around 0700.
0900-0900: max 4.9, min -2.6, grass min -9.3, rain = trace.

03/2100 Z Mar 13: E F3 15KM 1SC014 1.9/0.6 1018 Tgr -1.0
Rmks: Dry, cloudy and cold (temperature below 3 C until 1440) for most of
the day. Cloud broke late afternoon to allow some sunshine and a late
maximum of 4.1 C.
