... (11/1505Z): the odd flake now but I judge more to do with the Cu
drifting downwind rather than the Cm shield: have been a couple of
spells of persistent -SN in past 3 hours, but certainly no impact on
VIS/SFC & the 'older' snow is now virtually confined to some patches on
grass. I think we've always been on the edge of the thicker cloud, and
in past hour as it's drawn away, the sun has shone through the Cs neb/As
tr strongly enough to cast weak shadows - some FEW/SCT Cu med now.
OAT = +1.2°C // DP = -5.7°C.
.... (11/1810Z): dry/well-lifted cloud base: air continuing to dry out -
perky/parky wind(!) - snow virtually gone through combination heating
from below & reducing relative humidity.
OAT = +0.3°C // DP = -8.1°C.
I see there is one dew point of -11 upwind of us at 17Z.
