Clear sky at dawn with severe frost. Uccle minimum of -10.2°C is the lowest in the second third of March since 1847, as well as the lowest minimum of this winter.

Sunny until mid-morning but Sc then increased from the west and it was mostly cloudy from late morning to late afternoon, although still quite bright with occasional brief sunny intervals. Much of the cloud dispersed at the end of the afternoon, with more sunshine, but after dusk it clouded over once more with snow showers around 19.00 local time. Sky has cleared again now. Light SSW to WSW wind.

Snow has been thawing from above and below during the day - depth now 7 cm, including about 1 cm new snow from this evening's showers.

Brussels Uccle 2.4°C - overnight minimum -10.2°C

Brussels Airport 2.2°C - overnight minimum -12.6°C - and 0.2 mm rainfall
