I do hope things are ok for you in the morning Brian, as I'm sure you're

I hope it turns out that you have snow with a slow thaw.

I was just thinking of you Brian! My friends parents are at Pubil and
they are reporting 'The flooding even here in Glen Lyon this morning is
awesome but already receding. The River is in torrent and has broken
its banks.'

They are fortunate in that they are about 10m up from the river, plus
Pubil is about 1/4 mile downstream from Lubreoch Dam which controls the
water flow.

I hope all goes well for you this time, and that you avoid any
flooding.
