Yesterday I watched a national forecast presented by Sara Blizzard followed

by a local one with Nina Ridge.

This got me thinking, are there any other presenters out there with

weather related nanes?

Yes, but you have made some of those up.

And, how many of those worked for the Met Office?

I know that George Wind worked for the MO, and Ian Gale.

In fact, Ian's initials were I.C., which made him I C Gale.

There was a Flood at the MO, was it Colin Flood? Sorry, my memory is going.

I'm sure there are more.

I worked in the Met Office with a guy called Mike Hailstone, who hailed! from New Zealand IIRC.
