IIRC a Limousine was originally the long waterproof coat worn by the
farmers of Millevaches, adopted later for an enclosed body on a car
when they were mainly open. So wet (and windy?) conditions are a
feature of that area.

Friends in nearby Correze reported mixed conditions in April/May, rather
like the UK. Sorry, I don't have more accurate reports than that.
