Ha! Easy to understand your frustration. Just been out with the dog in
almost 14C and had to wear a woolly hat and a fleece!

However, the CET is close to average and as Graham says, expectations
can be awfully unrealistic! Wait for the middle of next week and catch
a train to the SE, if you want to see unrealistic expectations
realised. *))



The latest 12Z run of GFS seems to suggest a slightly larger area for
the 28C/29C possible max temps on Weds.

It will be interesting to see just how far north and west the warm air
manages to get, if it arrives at all.
