Middle of June. Temperature 11C. Dull with steady rain. Nothing new again.
If this is global warming, I dont want to be here when the Ice Age starts.
Ha! Easy to understand your frustration. Just been out with the dog in
almost 14C and had to wear a woolly hat and a fleece!
However, the CET is close to average and as Graham says, expectations
can be awfully unrealistic! Wait for the middle of next week and catch
a train to the SE, if you want to see unrealistic expectations
realised. *))
The latest 12Z run of GFS seems to suggest a slightly larger area for
the 28C/29C possible max temps on Weds.
It will be interesting to see just how far north and west the warm air
manages to get, if it arrives at all.
