Carol K on today's BBC Breakfast stated that in 135 years of Wimbledon

So, which were the five completely dry years and when were the 32 days
washed out?

According to Liam Dutton's blog on Channel 4, there have been 6
completely dry years, i.e. 1931, 1976, 1977, 1993, 1995 and 2010.

Thanks Dick (and others). Liam's blog refers to the 'Wimbledon
Compendium', which is an annual publication that goes into great
detail of the most recent tournament and also includes up-to-date
historical data.

I found a recent copy (2011) on amazon.com for £2.80.
