Brussels on Wednesday 31st July 2013

Rather cloudy morning with occasional brief bright intervals: light shower at 09.50 local time. Clearance to broken cloud and sunshine after midday with lengthening sunny spells in the afternoon. Quite warm with a light SW wind that backed towards SE in the evening.
