temperatures means we've been stuck in an almost persistent environmental
drought here since mid-June.


While at the other end of the meteorological spectrum we've had 256 mm of rain
so far this summer and 329 hours of sunshine. Lush green countryside and muddy
footpaths :-) It has been very warm, though.
