RMK: Apart from a few early glimpses of the sun it has been
a cloudy day. Although the sky has look threatening at times it
has remained almost completely dry, with only a few spits
of rain just before 1500z. Most of the rain indicated by the radar
has been evaporating before it reached the ground.
