Default Wind picking up

Wind here in Irvine (Southwest Coast of Scotland) picking up now,
gusts of 55mph and averaging 25-30 mph. Dropping pressure seems to

predicted.

sure has
No idea about the speeds but its arrived in Argyll - power cuts already
around us and the tide is incredibly high. We have a shallow tidal creek at
the bottom of the field which rarely shows a white horse - they were racing
in around 6 knots just before dark - very full and still another 2 hours
before high tide then.

Wind has really started to rattle all around the house. Going to light a few
candles and turn the volume up on the telly while it lasts

This is not going to be pleasant

Take care folks
