Default [OBS] Romsey - Saturday 7th September 2013

The storm took its sweet time to pass by to the north with
thunder heard for over 1 hour, finally going quiet by 1540Z,
only just declaring the storm ceased by the ob. An outbreak
of moderate rain fell 1535-1540Z. Rainbow visible.
