Looks like the NE passage has been open (without ice breakers I mean) this
year for a number of weeks (and maybe a few yet to come). But the passage
between the ice pack and Severnaya Zemlya is the only part that looks a
little dodgy. Anyone have better information as to whether it's been freely
navigable or not?
