Oban - nearest
Now lightening - and thunder in amongst the wind and the squalls !!!!

The L and T are unusual enough here at the best of times but to have them
in amonst this lot!!!

Tides were incredibly high - we have had half fields under sea water !!!!!!

before we get a chance to look in daylight
-- a 3.9 m tide [normal spring tide] ---- looks like it was pushed to a 5
ish - floated a 12x 10 shed across a field and into a fence. !!! we have
had waves lapping across our fields -- not seen in 14 years. Hopefully will
find out the last time in the next week or so. Its been interesting
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- too interesting

joy oh joy -- tomorrows tide is a 4.2 !!! [ highish springs here]
with somebodies luck we will not have too much behind it by then

We have already lost a polytunnel cover -- damn

Its seems to be into standard howling gale now -- just the sort of night you
don't sleep but not the sort you fear

Hope others are okay --- I understand those who hate this -- I am with you
there
Not much sleep to be had here - despite all applications :~)
