Oh how familiar does this sound! I was just a boy in the 70's but I
heard everybody complaining that the "nowadays winters" just couldn't be
compared to the winters of the old days. Winters were always
mild/windy/wet. And then the winters of the 80's followed!
I guess it's just a phase we're in right now and in 10 years time we're
be looking back with the same amusement I now have when looking back to
all those comments people made during the 70's.
