Windchill is non linear in relation to windspeed, probably no lower
tha -25 C even with that hefty sort of wind.

That peak occured within a few minutes of 1000. Boy it was evil here
for about 5 minutes as the cold front came through. It doesn't really
show on the AWS plots. It had been around F7 but I got the distinct
impression that went the front hit it was significantly higher but
that may have just been the effect of the very sudden increase in
noise as hefty quantities of 1/8" hail was being slammed against
the windows...

We even suffered some damage; the compost bin lid blew off, replaced
and rock put on top); a large potted plant was blown over, righted
and put back on it drainage feet and the christmas lights flipped up
into the gutter, extracted from the thinly frozen water standing
water in the gutter that I didn't know was there.
