Default Rather cloudy morning in Brussels but increasingly sunny afternoon
Brussels on Tuesday 17th December 2013

Bright morning with a gradual increase in high and medium-level cloud. Cloud broke to give sunny spells from early afternoon and the sky was almost clear from mid-afternoon onwards. Mild again. Moderate SSW wind backed S in the evening.
