I set a new record of 28mph here, but since I've only been recording

You must be very sheltered, because Filton and Lulsgate were recording
40-45knot gusts, although I know they are a good distance south.


Extremely sheltered.

Unfortunately I can't really justify moving house just to alter that
situation, though.
