Stop playing because puddles have formed and someone might
drown. I'm sure the ref had a forecast from UKMO and risk
assessed the game beforehand.
But the ref said that he suspended play because the hail was so bad that
he couldn't see all of the players. So it seems that his decision had
nothing to do with H&S.
