.... interesting! BBC South were reporting over the past couple of days a
'gas-leak' like smell; had the local gas people out etc., but our local
weather person has been putting it down to possible pollution. With a
southeasterly, it *may* be and we did get these scares in the winter
when I worked in central London. Usually traced back to Belgian or NE
French industrial sources. In this case though (at least at the start of
the event), the wind direction was wrong - so they have been chasing
about Hampshire for other sources of pollution.
