I cannot give you a categorical answer, but already at 6.15 pm, the
EC site
has the 12Z run on but WZ hasn't yet.

Slight correction - WZ has updated "SLP, 850 hPa Wind (ECMWF)" and
"500 hPa
(ECMWF)" but not "500hPa,SLP (WZ)"
