Especially to people who might have gone out and stock piled on extra fuel.

As you know Dave no retail business misses a trick when it comes to stocking up.

I remember Comets several years ago piling high electric fans in preparation for the UKMO 'BBQ' summer infamous prediction. Of course they never sold them and went bankrupt shortly afterwards.
