It even extends to the introduction to his column written (presumably) by
someone else who has the same capacity for mangling the English language:
"Joe's been called the hardest working guy in the weather business with a
bulldog intuition."

I'd have said that a Border Collie had intuition but I wouldn't have
ascribed it to a bulldog. A strong constitiution perhaps, perseverence
certainly, doggedness absolutely.

Intuition? I don't think so. The ability to forecast the weather?
Definitely not.

So, perhaps "bulldog intuition" is accurate. I parsed the sentence as
"of all of the people in the weather business who possess the intuition
of a bulldog, Joe's the hardest working one."

LOL Or perhaps even, as this is not a porn group, "... of all the people
working in the weather business, Joe is the one with abs of steel."
