I don't want to do a winter's over post but it must be more likely than
the usual such posts we tend to get. With temperatures of 4.3 in
Stockholm, almost 9 in Berlin and Munich and 7 in Warsaw and Moscow the
only place with a sub-zero maximimum, you do wonder. With hardly any
continental snow cover and the sea temps must be above average and with
not much showing on the charts in the way of a big change it must be
odds on.
