I quite like his style, he doesn't try to forecast 3 months ahead yet
he tries to reflect his thinking into possibilities ahead taking into
account trends, SST's and even what's happening in the Southern
hemisphere..

I think he is Italian, hence the odd English at times, but his English
is 100 times better than my Italian.
