I know your natural modesty prevents you from boasting Will ,but your winter
forecast issued on Nov 13th last ,was pretty remarkable, I paraphase
'Winter 2013/4 is going to be a winter of rapid changes and a 'rough ride
'for many
Further south ,snowfall will be rather marginal and here flooding may become
a major issue '
The threat of substantial snowfal in the north was certainly borne out
over Scottish high ground too.
All in all as good as it could possibly get !

Congratulations ,now predict a scorching summer .........
