Glorious sunny warm day in Moray, with almost cloudless skies
and no breeze to speak of.
Off-topic, but we were astounded to see a Red Admiral butterfly
feeding on willow catkins. Normally Red Admirals don't survive
the winter in the UK, and we seldom see them much before August,
when they come in from continental Europe. Photograph will
become available at
http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3883112 for
all those who don't believe me. You are in good company; our
local butterfly expert doubted me too until I showed him the
photo.
