It shows global winds. Activate it by clicking on the map and you can
then rotate the globe and zoom in to any area. Once you have settled
on a position, wait a few seconds for the data to load.

I don't know how accurate it is but if you locate New Zealand you can
see cyclone Luisa bearing down on the country right now.
