His fault? You lease a house to unruly tennants and they chop the walls
out to suit their furniture, hifi's and whatnot. Then blame the
architect for the roof falling in on them when they had all their
friends around partying?

I was posting something to the effect that people should be on the
lookout some 2 weeks prior to the event. Perhaps if I had been a little
more industrious and more open to amelioration?
