Default More Than Lovely day in the South

Good grief! You must have got up early.

and left at 3:15 pm after being very disappointed with the
Brighton Hi-Fi show. Anyway the weather was beautiful and I've
never been by train to Brighton before so it gave me a good
chance to see just how much water seem to be still laying deep in
fields and ditches after such a wet winter. The weather was
glorious with a seemingly stiff ESE breeze almost blowing the
small waves parallel with the pebbled beach. Disappointing HI Fi
wise day, however fantastic weather and a pleasant surprise as to
how quick it is to get to Brighton; from Brighton Station to my
house in Sydenham just under an hour.

Glad you had a nice day. Presumably you gain from Sydenham being so
close to East Croydon, where most of the fast trains stop.
