Default Philip Eden's late night Radio 5 review and forecast

I've just had the good fortune of hearing this for the first time in quite a while. Eden is allowed to reel off all the interesting stats in details without interruption. It reminds me of the time the old Radio 4 report and forecast after the midnight news was compulsive listening. I realise in this age of catch-up you can listen at any time of the day but it's a shame that the daytime output isn't as authoratitive.

I'd forgotten about that, or never knew about it in the first place. I'm a very late retirer and riser so I should listen, but what time is it on?
There can't be many programmes that are better on R5 than their equivalent on Radio4, but this would seem to be one of them. I always listen to the Radio4 programme, dumbed-down robotic snippet really, and always end up wanting to punch the radio or address the presenter fortissimo unparliamentarioso. Not so Mr Eden, provided he has the time.
