Default [OBS] Romsey - Monday 28th April 2014

A period of rain for a couple of hours early morning, slight
for almost the entire time except for a sudden downpour at
0703Z that lasted for four minutes and dropped over 3mm.

Dry since 0800Z apart from intermittent slight rain between
1020Z and 1045Z. Although the skies have brightened, I
can just make out some Cb development to the southeast
in the haze, of a slightly higher base than our local Cu that
has recently evolved from stratus.

A cool start but turning somewhat muggy.
