The Devon County Show had to be abandoned, for the first time in its
history, because of waterlogged and muddy car parks yesterday. No
third day. The disappointment was etched into the organiser's face on
Spotlight last night. Does that count?

Of course it counts.
That's the thing about local flooding, it is, well, 'local'.
And with it being local it won't get a mention on the national news so
unless it hppens in your area, you are unlikely to hear of it.
