A thunder storm passed through Milton Keynes about an hour ago, and it
looked like a funnel cloud was forming. I'm no expert on these things,
so I took a video to see what others thought - the link is below.
Apologies for the quality, but my phone is 6 years old!

I'm no expert either, but I think you're right.

P.S. It doesn't look as exciting as the American funnel clouds in the
links on the right!

Good to know someone else thinks it might have been real. I've
completely rammed up the contrast from a picture I took, and you can
tell the structure slightly better: http://postimg.org/image/8jhc0p1v3.

It will count as the first one I've ever seen if real, which I think is
quite exciting! Now I just need to get the funds together for a
tornado hunting holiday in the US!

Whoops. Link should be http://postimg.org/image/cfzay8z1b
