Orange, red, and pink on the radar.
GFS has only been giving between 6 and 12 mm here on Devon coast but we shall see.
Could be a good light show though. There are lots of Cu towers and discharges at the moment.
Seems to be moving north fairly fast. Approx 30 km per hour.
That means it could hit us here in about 3 hours.
Better get my supper cooked before we get an outage.

Rain started at 1910 BST.
Just the odd heavy burst for an hour and then nothing.
Plenty of thunder and lightning from 2000 to 2100 BST
although mainly to the west over Cornwall.
Will be interesting to see rainfall figures for Cornwall.

Only 2mm here.
Cardinham was more in line with the storm cells but still only had 8 mm.
Way out west at RNAS Culdrose they had 3 mm.
