Default Storms probably more patchy than expected today?

More of a concern to the organisers must be the moral problem of what has happened;
As leader, Rory M should have started his round mid afternoon.
Because of the changes in start time to avoid the forecast (and they did materialise) mid to late afternoon heavy showers/thunderstorms, he was back in the clubhouse by the time they arrived. So if the changes hadn't been made he would have to played through the worst conditions of the day (BBC blog "hammering down"), just as pot luck dictates in such events.
If anybody should be "miffed" it should be competitors who were denied the sole benefit of the more benign morning conditions.
