Has to be close to a record high!
I recall this happening before a year or so back. It led to somewhat
hysterical headlines of the nature 'Entire Greenland ice sheet surface
melting!' When of course in reality it's just the temp struggling a
degree or
so above freezing for probably an hour or so.
The record high is +3.6 on 16th July 2012

Yes, it happened two years ago and it was said "that melting events of this
type occur about once every 150 years on average."
