Inland it consists of slag heaps for
hills and little else.

The built up area is CamborneRedruth.
Of course it's very different in the sheltered south.

I'm quite happy to let people decide whether inland Cornwall it's
'nondescript' (your words) or not.
What I don't get is why people like you seemingly only post ********
(inland it's slagheaps for hills) to generate long malicious threads. When
you got no reaction from me, you had to post again.
Well done, you've succeeded.
Graham, kill-file him. What you didn't post were, of course, pictures of all
the beautiful gardens in Cornwall in the sheltered valleys, full of exotic
planting. The gardens are my favourite bits of Cornwall along with the coast
path. The moors are lovely too but I have moors with Tors right outside my
front door, so a bit of a busmans holiday visiting those!
